Is it for us?
Family Group or Couple’s Coaching is for people who find that a particular situation, or behavioural pattern is affecting more than just themselves that together they wish to have support with managing or mitigating.
For example: One partner feeling overwhelmed in certain situations but not others and the second partner wanting to know what to do.
A child having difficulty focusing in some places but not others, and the parents/care givers wanting to know what do to.
A parent losing track of time and often being late, and the family wanting to know how to cope.
It will give you the tools you need to make things better, the space to understand it together and the support to try til it works.
How is it done?
Fenu offers online or face to face sessions.
What does a session look like?
In the first session we introduce ourselves and identify the areas to work on. We agree upon the steps you’ll all take over the following weeks and understand the roll everyone plays.
The sessions after that are check-ins to see how the steps are working and what, if anything, needs tweaking.
By the last session you ought to have a sense of confidence in handling areas that previously caused distress or difficulty.
HOw many sessions will WE need?
The number of sessions can vary from group to group, but like individual coaching, a minimum of three is advisable. The first two sessions are weekly, and after that it will vary depending on your situation. The frequency and number will be decided together during our first session.
When will we see results?
Hopefully after the first session, however habits do take time to form and the steps that will be suggested would need to be carried out by each person more than once to have a lasting effect.

What will it cost?
Each session is 80€ VAT included.
