Is it for me?

Coaching is for anyone who has a particular task, situation, or behavioural pattern that they wish to have support with managing or mitigating.

For example: feeling overwhelmed in certain situations but not others.

Difficulty focusing in some places but not others.
Losing track of time and often being late.

It will give you the tools you need to make things better and the support to try until it works.

How is it done?

Fenu offers online or face to face sessions.

What does a session look like?

In the first session we introduce ourselves and identify the areas to work on. We agree upon the steps you’ll take over the following weeks.

The sessions after that are check-ins to see how the steps are working and what, if anything, needs tweaking.

By the last session you ought to have a sense of confidence in handling areas that previously caused distress or difficulty

HOw many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions can vary from person to person, but a minimum of three is advisable.

The first two sessions are weekly, and after that it will vary depending on your situation.

The frequency and number will be decided together during your first session.

When will I see results?

Hopefully after the first session, however habits do take time to form and the steps that will be suggested would need to be carried out more than once to have a lasting effect.

What will it cost?

Each session is 50€ VAT included
